HINfographic: Telehealth in Population Health Management

Healthcare is hanging up land lines — a decrease in use from 80 percent in 2010 to 53 percent in 2013 — and plugging into videoconferencing, virtual visits and smartphones to fortify care management and expand reach to remote and vulnerable populations, according to a recent HIN survey.
