The Healthcare Intelligence Network 2010 Health & Wellness Incentives e-survey captured the latest trends in health and wellness incentives from 139 organizations. Almost two-thirds of survey respondents — 63 percent — offer health and wellness incentives. Here are the top financial incentives used to promote participation in health and wellness programs:
- Cash payment: 33 percent
- Gym memberships: 30 percent
- Gift cards: 30 percent
- Onsite fitness facilities: 29 percent
- Other: 25 percent
