Patients who are highly satisfied with their hospital stay billing experience are twice as likely to return to a hospital for non-emergent care than someone who was not satisfied, according to the Connance Consumer Impact Study.

Connance has released an infographic on the study that also illustrates how patient satisfaction affects word of mouth marketing and the impact of health status on patient satisfaction with health billing.
